01
Where are you based and do you travel?
I live in Broadstairs and cover the Thanet area. I am happy to travel. There will be an additional cost outside of the Thanet area.
02
When will we receive our photos?
Your photos will be with you within 4 -6 weeks from the day of your shoot. This may sometimes be quicker depending on the time of year. Each image will be individually hand edited.
03
How will I receive my photos?
You will receive an email with a private digital link to your gallery of images. There you will be able to share and download and print these images.
04
Can I upgrade for more images?
Absolutely. I offer upgrades for additional photos of your favourite shots or the entire gallery.
05
Where will the photoshoot take place?
It can take place either in the comfort of your own home or on location. With a newborn shoot it will be at your own home, but don't worry about tidying we can make a little space when I'm there. I want you to be comfortable and relaxed.

With location shoots I'm always happy to try out new places so if you have a specific place in mind please let me know.
06
When Should I book my photography session?
As soon as you are ready. If you would like a newborn shoot I would recommend you book any time after your 12 week scan, let me know your due date, I will keep a note of the date and you can just contact me when your little one arrives and we can agree on a date that suits you and your family.
Newborn shoots are usually best between 7-14 days for the gorgeous sleepy shots. However any time that suits you is perfect.
07
How do I book a shoot?
Just click on Contact Me at the top of the page and fill in the form. Double check your email address and telephone number is correct as that's how I'll contact you. Put as much detail as possible. If you'd like a chat before hand please just let me know and I'd be happy to have a chat on the phone or a tea and chat in person.
08
I've submitted my booking request, what happens next?
I will be in contact with you within 48 hours and we will agree and confirm a date. I will then send you a confirmation booking email which will include an invoice and contract. Once I have received your signed contract and non refundable deposit your date will be finalised and secured.
09
When are you available?
I'm happy to work with you on which days and times best suit you. Especially for newborn shoots, I will work around your little one's schedule.

For location shoots sunrise and sunset are usually the best times for the magical light, but again any time that suits you.
10
What happens during a shoot?
For location shoots we will meet at the destination and walk to where I will take the photos.
For home sessions, I will arrive at the arranged time and will bring with me my equipment, it may look like a lot, just to warn you. All I need is a window with some natural light.

My aim is for you to feel relaxed and have as much fun as possible. My style is relaxed and informal and I like to capture the little moments when you think I'm not shooting. I will give you gentle prompts and guidance of what poses to do and then you can play around with that.

I will capture a series of images throughout the session and will let you know once we are finished and can pack up.
11
What should I wear?
I can provide guidance on what to wear once your session is booked. I would recommend similar colour pallets with who will be included in the shoot and try to avoid lots of patterns graphics and logos.
12
What should I bring on the shoot?
You don't need to bring anything, but if you have any specific props you'd like to include like a special blanket, your children's teddy or a change of clothes please bring them. We can chat about it before hand. As a guidance I would recommend using neutral colour toys so not to stand out too much.

With little ones bring whatever you need to keep them happy and fed. Neutral toys or teethers are a good idea incase they are in the shot. I would avoid chocolate as it can smudge on clothes and all around their face.
